Sneha Rani

I turn ideas intocontent peopleactually want toengage with.

I work where storytelling, content strategy and creative campaigns meet — helping brands find their voice, often in the Hinglish their audience actually speaks, and turn ideas into communication that means something.

How I write

A few lines from my script for Indira IVF's reel — “POV: you take every unsolicited advice seriously”.

Read all three scripts

(Priyanka with a notebook, writing notes seriously.)

Aaj main walk pe gayi thi, and a random woman told me stress mat lo. Bas stress mat lo.

(Pauses, looks up.)

Wow. Revolutionary.

(Priyanka sits normally, drops the drama.)

Phir ek din samajh aaya… har cheez ka solution random advice nahi hota.

About

I started writing for clients while I was still an undergraduate, and somewhere between the first brief and the fiftieth caption it stopped being a side gig.

Since February 2022 I've worked as a freelance content strategist, copywriter and social media manager — running Instagram and LinkedIn for D2C brands, small businesses and independent creators. Calendars, captions, brand bios, newsletters, LinkedIn articles, short-form video scripts: the everyday writing that decides how a brand sounds.

In 2024 I joined Digiholic Marketing in Jaipur as a content writer and communication manager. That's where I learned the other half of the job — sitting between clients and the creative team, turning briefs into direction, and keeping designers, videographers and approvals moving.

What I care about most is voice. A blender ad and an IVF centre need completely different words, and both should sound like a real person said them. I write a lot in Hinglish because that's how a lot of India actually talks.

What I do

Five things I take on, alone or together. Most projects start with one and borrow from the others.

  1. Content Strategy & Planning

Working out what a brand should say, to whom, and how often — before anyone opens Canva.

    • Content pillars
    • Content calendars
    • Messaging direction
    • Audience research
    • Campaign planning

    Digiholic Marketing — Agency Projects

  2. Copywriting & Scriptwriting

Captions, bios and campaign lines in the brand's own voice, plus short-form scripts written to be performed, not read.

    • Captions
    • Brand messaging
    • Campaign copy
    • Reel & video scripts
    • Newsletters & LinkedIn articles

    Copywriting & Creative Writing

  3. Social Media Management

Running Instagram and LinkedIn day to day, and using what the engagement data says to adjust what goes out next.

    • Content planning
    • Scheduling & publishing
    • Account management
    • Brand consistency
    • Community engagement
  4. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Finding the right creators, getting them on board and keeping the campaign on track until it's live.

    • Creator discovery
    • Outreach & negotiation
    • Briefing
    • Campaign coordination
    • Follow-ups

    Influencer & Brand Collaborations

  5. Creative Direction & Client Communication

Being the person between the client and the creative team — reading the brief properly and making sure it survives production.

    • Creative ideation
    • Brief interpretation
    • Campaign concepts
    • Stakeholder coordination
    • Creative execution

Creator campaigns run end to end — choosing creators, reaching out, negotiating, briefing, and staying on it until the content is live.

Shortlist. Reach out. Negotiate. Brief. Publish.

My approach

The same five steps whether it's a single reel or a quarter of content. They overlap more than a list suggests.

  1. Understand the brand

Who it's for, how it already sounds, and what it's actually trying to change. I ask the awkward questions early.

  2. Find the story

Every product has one honest tension worth talking about — the kitchen nobody enjoys, the advice nobody asked for. I look for that.

  3. Build the idea

Turn the tension into a format: a reel, a series, a creator brief, a calendar. Something a team can make.

  4. Bring it to life

Scripts, captions, creator coordination and approvals — the unglamorous part, done carefully so the idea survives.

  5. Learn & improve

Watch what people actually engage with, keep what works, and change the rest next round.

Have an idea in mind? Let's make something meaningful.

Tell me a little about the brand and what you're hoping to make — a rough idea is plenty to start with.
